Joining a passionate oncourse team, you'll play an important role in helping customers enjoy every moment while representing one of Australia's most recognised betting brands.

Your role

You’ll be at the forefront of the customer experience, providing betting services, product information and support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Deliver accurate betting transactions with speed and attention to detail
- Provide friendly customer service across racing and sports products
- Promote current oncourse and digital offers to customers
- Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
- Share race day information including events, conditions and bet types
- Support team success through collaboration, training and flexibility

Important: Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be available to work key racing events throughout the year. Availability for the following race days at Randwick are a mandatory requirement and will be considered as part of the selection process:

- 3 October
- 17 October

- Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service experiences




- Proven ability to work accurately in busy environments
- Solid communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, products and information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
