TTG Recruitment is seeking an experienced banking operations leader to take ownership of a growing Deposit Operations function. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior Manager will lead day-to-day deposit operations, onboarding, servicing, payments and account management with autonomy and strategic influence. You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with APRA, ASIC, AML/CTF and privacy obligations, and partner with Product, Technology
