Rarekind is seeking an IT Programme Manager based in Newcastle-Maitland, Australia. This role involves building the IT PMO from scratch while leading a portfolio of over 100 projects, including a significant multi-continent ERP transformation.

Candidates should have solid experience in project management and stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to report directly to senior leadership. The role presents a unique chance to influence governance and project execution within the organization, as well as the potential for international travel to support projects in locations such as the USA and Spain. Qualified candidates will be capable of delivering complex initiatives and collaborating effectively across teams to ensure project success.
