THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our client is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales and business growth across the Gold Coast & Northern NSW region. In this role, you will:

- Represent a portfolio of innovative surgical solutions across various specialty areas in surgery
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, theatre teams, procurement professionals, and hospital executives to support sales growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve business objectives




- Provide clinical education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring best practices in product usage

ABOUT YOU:

- Proven success in hospital-based sales, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions
- Confidence in engaging surgical teams within the operating theatre environment
- Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Background in Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
