This large, national skilled services group are consistently growing and acquiring new businesses. Their culture is positive, collaborative, and has great flexibility in place.

They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to report to the CFO and lead a small team covering all areas of reporting, budgeting, analysis, compliance, and audit.

Key duties:

- Management of a small finance team of 2-3
- Month-end management reporting and analysis with commentary
- Oversight of year-end financial reporting
- Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process
- Cashflow forecasting and management of funding requirements
- Tax compliance - GST, payroll tax,



income tax preparation etc
- Coordination of the external audit process
- Business partnering with senior leaders, providing financial advise and analysis

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years experience in finance and accounting roles, and currently hold a Finance Manager position with team management responsibilities. In addition you will have a broad skill set covering reporting, tax, analysis, and month-end, with a hands-on approach to your work, strong business partnering capabilities, and a positive nature.
