Roving Facility Manager - Residential Aged Care

An opportunity is available for an accomplished aged care leader to step into a pivotal Roving Facility Manager role within NSW.

In this role, you will provide operational leadership and management support across aged care homes within the region, ensuring continuity of service during periods of planned and unplanned leave. You will work closely with site leadership teams to strengthen quality and compliance outcomes, drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of protected, high-quality care for residents. Partnering with the Regional Manager, you will also contribute to the strategic direction and performance of each home,



helping to achieve operational excellence and sustainable service outcomes across the region.

This opportunity will suit a confident, hands‑on leader who enjoys building high‑performing teams and delivering consistent results across both clinical and operational functions.

What you'll need

- Proven experience as a Facility Manager, Residential Manager or Aged Care Manager
- Strong working knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation and compliance
- Demonstrated capability across AN‑ACC, audits, funding and clinical governance
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour and occupancy
- Ability to lead, develop and influence multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders
