Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Manager or an ambitious Venue Manager ready to take the next step in their career. More than simply operating a venue, you will be responsible for building its identity, creating an engaged team and establishing a culture that guests want to return to.
Working closely with ownership, you will lead every aspect of the operation while helping shape the long-term vision for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing inspiring leadership across all operational departments
- Building, mentoring and developing a high-performing hospitality team
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards

Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader who understands that successful venues are built on great people,
memorable experiences and genuine community connection. You thrive in energetic environments and have a passion for entertainment, food and Melbourne's unique hospitality scene.
Whether you are already operating as a General Manager or are a high-performing Venue Manager looking for the opportunity to step into your first General Manager position, you possess the leadership capability and commercial mindset to make a lasting impact.
