Join a growing community aged care provider delivering Occupational Therapy services to older Australians in their own homes. This permanent role offers the flexibility to work 3-5 days per week with no office requirement, allowing you to structure your day while making a meaningful impact.
You’ll manage a community caseload focused on supporting clients to remain independent through functional assessments, home modifications and assistive technology recommendations.
- Complete home visits and functional assessments
- Recommend home modifications and assistive equipment
- Support clients under My Home Care Packages and Support at Home funding
- Enjoy a fully remote role with flexible scheduling
Skills & Experience
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- 2-3 years’ Occupational Therapy experience
- Community or aged care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and report writing skills
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle preferred
