/n Head of IT/n
The Head of IT is responsible for Positive Media’s technical landscape. In this role, you will develop and drive innovative technical solutions while ensuring our systems, infrastructure and data remain secure, reliable and future-focused.
Key Responsibilities Include:/n
/n
- Leading, coaching and developing the IT team (3 direct reports)
/n
- Overseeing the IT function and delivering across three core areas of Broadcast, Data and Infrastructure
/n
- Overseeing the maintenance of all office and broadcast technical equipment in a 24/7 operating workplace
/n
- Coordinating all software, IT and technical developments for the organisation
/n
- Ensuring the physical and cyber security of facilities, equipment, systems and data across the organisation
/n
- Supporting technical innovation and development across the organisation
/n
- Overseeing IT metrics, including SLAs, reporting and compliance with the Essential 8 Security framework
/n
- Staying abreast of changes and leading the tech solutions for our major events (i.e. On‑air fundraising, outside broadcasting, events)
/n
- Working with business unit leaders to ensure they have the technical and data resourcesrequired to meet their objectives
