We are Cherry Hill Orchards, a third-generation family-owned business specialising in premium fresh cherries, based in Victoria's Yarra Valley. We run agri-tourism experiences and supply fresh cherries to Australia's supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce markets.

We also export our fresh cherries around the world.

Join our friendly Agri‐Tourism team from mid-September in the stunning Yarra Valley, just an hour's drive from Melbourne CBD. This is a fantastic chance to work in a vibrant seasonal environment, create memorable guest experiences, and be part of a team that brings the magic of cherry season to life.

What you'll be doing:

- Be the friendly face of Cherry Hill, welcoming visitors and handling enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms
- Help bring bookings, events, and tours to life by coordinating schedules and group bookings
- Support our online store, from order processing to working with our packing and logistics teams
- Get involved in social media, helping shape how Cherry Hill connects with our community online
- Contribute fresh ideas by collating customer feedback and supporting our marketing and tourism teams

About you:

- You have your own vehicle and a full driver's licence
- You're tech-savvy and well-organised, comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Suite, and other digital tools
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- You enjoy administrative work and love being the go-to point of contact for customers
- You bring a good understanding of marketing, sales communication, and/or administration
- You're reliable, organised, and thrive as part of a positive, energetic team
