Your Say Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Event Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of venues, helping clients bring everything from corporate functions and conferences to weddings and celebrations to life.

About the Role

As our Event Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to a confirmed booking. You'll work closely with our venue and operations teams to ensure every event is planned with precision and delivered to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and event coordination, loves building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

- Responding to event enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
- Conducting venue tours and client consultations.
- Preparing tailored proposals, quotations and event contracts.
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieving weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinating event details including catering, room layouts, audiovisual requirements and event schedules.
- Liaising with kitchen, operations, front of house and AV teams to ensure seamless event delivery.




- Maintaining accurate records within Event Temple and other sales systems.
- Assisting with invoicing, deposits and post-event follow-up.
- Supporting venue showcases, client events and other sales and marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has a passion for delivering exceptional events.

You’ll also have:

- Experience in event sales, event coordination or hospitality.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience using CRM or event management systems such as Event Temple, Ivvy or Salesforce.
- A proactive, customer-first approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Highly Regarded:

- A qualification in Events, Hospitality or Tourism.
- Experience working within venues, hotels or catering.
- Knowledge of event setups and audiovisual requirements.
