Additional information:

- As our store operates 7 days per week,
you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

- This role requires availability to work from 3:00am Monday to Sunday
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekend availability required
About this work area
As a Fulfilment (Replenishment) Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Replenish stock to sales and fulfilment locations to maintain product availability and support customer demand in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
As a Fulfilment (Replenishment) Co-worker you have:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to safely handle manual tasks, lifting, and moving stock.
- Experience with inventory systems, RF scanners, or warehouse management tools is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
- Committed to safety, safe work practices, and IKEA values.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve stock issues.
- Safety-focused and comfortable with physical work, including repetitive and heavy lifting.
