Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects across NSW & Southeast Queensland
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Represent PDC Consultants in industry forums, meetings, and networking events
- Prepare proposals, fee estimates, and project scopes
- Continuous collaboration with Sydney based team
- Ensure compliance with local standards, guidelines, and council requirements

The Successful Applicant





About You:

- 5-10+ years of experience in traffic engineering
- Strong local network across councils, developers, and transport agencies
- Proven track record in business development and client engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in AutoCAD and traffic modelling software (e.g. SIDRA, microsimulation)
- RPEQ registration (heavily preferred)
- Road Safety Audit accreditation (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive regional growth
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Transport Planning

What's on Offer

- Competitive salary range between $120,000 and $140,000 AUD.
- Permanent position based in Sydney.
