Sanctuary Recruitment is supporting one of our key clients with an exciting Quality Manager role that will drive excellence across residential aged care and home care.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Governance, Quality and Education, you will provide expert clinical advice, quality and compliance support, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care outcomes and consumer experience. You will support the implementation of clinical governance frameworks, monitor quality and compliance performance, contribute to evidence-based policies and procedures, and deliver projects that promote best practice across the organisation.
