Key Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm (depending on business requirements)
- Pay Rate: $38.89 per hour
- Location: Murarrie, QLD
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage and organise email orders alongside the Customer Service Team Leader
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team projects
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional service while upholding company values and standards
About You:
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, positive,
and solutions-focused attitude
- The ability to remain resilient and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence learning and adapting to new systems and technologies
- Previous customer service, administration, or order processing experience (highly regarded)
- A skilled and team-oriented approach to work
