Job Description

- End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payrolls
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
- Managing superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation, and statutory reporting obligations
- Processing new starters, terminations, leave calculations, and payroll adjustments
- Resolving payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity within payroll systems




- Assisting with payroll reconciliations and month-end activities
- Supporting audits and compliance requirements
- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Providing support and guidance to junior payroll team members where required

The Successful Applicant

- Strong end-to-end payroll processing experience within a medium to large-scale organisation
- Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and compliance requirements
- Experience using payroll systems
- High attention to detail and exceptional accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
