The Role

As the Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food across à la carte dining, functions, events, and casual dining operations. You will assist with day-to-day kitchen management, maintain food quality and safety standards, supervise team members, and ensure efficient service delivery in a quick-paced environment. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, leadership capability, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality standards.

Skills & Attributes

- Experience in a restaurant, function, or hospitality environment with à la carte service exposure.
- Formal Commercial Cookery qualifications and knowledge of food safety and WHS practices.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Reliable team player with a passion for food and continuous learning
