The role of the Clinical Pharmacist in the Roma sector of the South West Hospital and Health Service is to deliver evidence based clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, primarily at the Roma Hospital, based on current Best Practice Guidelines and in alignment with district and unit goals, to our patients/consumers.
We encourage applications from early career professionals including candidates who are nearing the completion of their allied health qualification. Applicants will be considered based on their completed course outcomes and anticipated completion of their degree, with the requirement that all formal credentials will be finalised prior to commencement of employment.
