About the role:
Join a growing Casualty practice in Sydney and work on a diverse portfolio of complex insurance and liability matters, advising leading insurer clients across a range of claims, such as
- Public and product liability matters.
- Professional indemnity and general insurance litigation.
- Property damage and catastrophic injury claims.
- Complex liability disputes across State and Federal Courts.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in liability,
casualty or general insurance litigation.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex matters autonomously.
- Confident appearing in State and Federal Courts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring junior team members.
