This is far more than a display home sales role. You'll work closely with discerning clients from their very first enquiry, guiding them through the early stages of designing a truly bespoke home while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About the RoleAs the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a pivotal role in turning aspirations into reality. Combining your passion for exceptional homes with your ability to build genuine relationships, you'll help clients navigate the exciting journey of creating their dream home.Working alongside a talented team of designers, architects and interior specialists, you'll contribute to the development of tailored design concepts that reflect each client's unique lifestyle, vision and budget.
Your ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their custom home journey.Respond to new client enquiries and provide professional advice on luxury home design, construction and the building process.Collaborate with architects,



designers and interior consultants to develop personalised home concepts and preliminary design solutions.Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to signed building contracts.Represent the business at premium display homes, showcase events and exclusive client functions, including occasional weekend commitments (with time in lieu provided).Promote the brand across a range of platforms, engaging professionally with clients, industry partners and the broader community.
About YouPrevious experience selling luxury, custom or boutique residential homes.A genuine passion for architecture, design and high-end residential construction.Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand clients' lifestyles and translate their ideas into exciting design outcomes.Qualified presentation with a consultative, customer-focused approach.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.Confident working collaboratively with design professionals and internal stakeholders.
