We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Event & Partnership Coordinator to join our Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of industry-leading events and awards programs while building robust relationships with sponsors, partners and stakeholders.

About the roleWorking as part of a collaborative team, you'll coordinate a range of events and awards programs that connect, celebrate and support the residential building industry.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating industry events, member information sessions and networking functionsSupporting the delivery and growth of the HIA Housing Awards programManaging event logistics including venues, registrations, presenters and suppliersCoordinating event marketing activities and attendee communicationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with event sponsors and corporate partnersDelivering partnership benefits and supporting revenue growth initiativesManaging event-related financial administration including invoicing, receipting and reportingMonitoring event performance against attendance,



budget and profitability targetsMaintaining accurate CRM records and reporting dataProviding onsite support to ensure successful event delivery
About youYou are a confident coordinator who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding experiences.
You'll bring:Experience coordinating events, functions, conferences or awards programsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and changing prioritiesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailExperience working with sponsors, partners or commercial stakeholdersA proactive and solution-focused approachConfidence working with CRM systems, reporting and financial processesThe ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your responsibilities
