Chefs & Cooks - Townsville Airport (SSP Australia)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Chefs (level 4 - 5), and Cooks (level 3 - 4) to join our team at Townsville Airport on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. Our Townsville team operate across three venues to deliver exceptional experiences across our three venues.

You will be supported by great leadership and work collaboratively with a team of friendly and skilled work colleagues. As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about providing a memorable hospitality experience that embodies “the best part of the journey” for our customers.

Our Venues Include:

- Maggies Cafe

- The Bar

- Castle Hill Cafe

What are we looking for?

- Have at least 1 year experience in working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Strong understanding of food safety and practices

- A passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills

- Ability to work independently

- Strong multi-taskers with a can-do attitude

- Individuals with high problem-solving skills

- Fast paced environment

- Able to work well within a small team environment

- Reliable, focused & flexible
