We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Workshop Assistant to support our workshop operations, equipment preparation, and mobilisation activities.

This is a practical, labour-intensive role suited to someone who enjoys working with equipment, supporting trades, and being part of a team that keeps projects moving.

You’ll work closely with our Workshop Coordinator and mechanical team to ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, organised, and ready for deployment.

What you’ll be doing

- Assisting with preparation of equipment for site mobilisation, inc high pressure washing

- Loading,



unloading, cleaning, and staging workshop gear

- Supporting trades and mechanical team with workshop tasks

- Operating a forklift to move equipment and materials

- Maintaining workshop and yard organisation and safety

- Assisting with stock handling, receivals, and dispatch

What we’re looking for

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (essential)

- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain quickly)

- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

- Workshop, yard, construction, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred

This role suits candidates with previous workshop, yard, mechanical, or industrial labour experience — not general retail or hospitality backgrounds.
