Being a health services powerhouse, there is also flexibility around caseloads or dual roles in other service streams.

Key areas of the role are:

- Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals

- Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations

- Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech)



to provide holistic care plans

- Provide mentoring, coaching and some training to new early career OTs

There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career both locally and nationally and you'll be based at a location where both the state and national manger work from so there's outstanding mentoring.

The successful candidate will have

- Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights

- 3 + years post graduate experience (with at least 12 months in NDIS)

- Strong passion for working with NDIS participants

Salary can be negotiated based on experience between $90k-$105k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work life balance, plus your choice of full time or part time.
