Cleaning Supervisor / Operations Manager (Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor / Manager to lead our growing team across South West Sydney (Denham Court, Leppington, Campbelltown etc..). What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Coordinating daily and weekly staff rosters
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining high-quality standards
- Training, mentoring and onboarding new team members
- Meeting with clients and completing cleaning quotations
- Identifying upselling opportunities with existing clients
- Resolving customer enquiries and ensuring excellent service
- Assisting with cleaning duties when required
- Helping drive the continued growth of the business

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

- An experienced cleaner with residential and commercial cleaning experience




- Ready to take on the responsibility and eager to grow
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Confident using a smartphone and basic computer applications
- Professional in appearance and takes pride in their work
- Passionate about developing and leading a high-performing team

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work full-time and travel throughout South West Sydney

- Above Award Wages (based on experience) $50K-$60K p.a. plus applicable penalty rates and bonus/commission for achieving milestones
