Project Manager – Medium Density Residential

About the role/duties Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the delivery of medium-density residential developments from commencement through to completion
- Lead and support site-based construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Administer commercial contracts and manage contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage project programmes, forecasting and reporting across multiple active developments
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement practical solutions to maintain programme milestones
- Ensure all works comply with the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant legislative requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders
- Report project progress, commercial performance and programme updates to senior leadership

Skills & Experience

- 3–5+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering medium-density, volume homes or large-scale residential developments




- Demonstrated experience managing multi-dwelling residential projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and commercial project delivery
- Thorough knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and residential building legislation
- Previous exposure to both residential and commercial construction highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and contractual obligations
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using construction management software and project reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced project environment
