Job OverviewBolton Clarke Group, Australia's largest independent not‐for‐profit aged care provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 120‐bed Residential Aged Care Home at Buderim Views on the Sunshine Coast.
The role is for the afternoon shift (2:00pm to 10:00pm, weekdays only).
ResponsibilitiesDeliver person‐centred, evidence‐based care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of care in accordance with scope of practice.Coordinate health and allied services care planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, residents, families and visitors.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.Complete all required training and maintain current registration.Qualifications & SkillsRegistered Nurse with valid registration in Queensland.High level of written and verbal English communication skills.Previous aged‐care experience highly regarded.Passion for the aged‐care industry and commitment to person‐centred care.Cooperative and friendly approach with all team members and residents.Employment ConditionsShift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm,
