We are looking for a passionate and engaging person to join our team as an Optical Dispenser (casual with the potential to move into permanent part‐time).
Your responsibilities would include:Provide a high level of personalised customer service and make our patient's in‐store experience amazingIdentify customers eyecare needsProvide product recommendations customised to their requirementsBuild solid customer relationshipsWork autonomously and be willing to be part of a teamAdministration tasks including health fund/Medicare claimsMaintain a clean and healthy work environmentTo be successful ideally you will have:A qualification in Optical Dispensing OR experience in a similar role OR the willingness to studyRetail experience in a fast‐paced environmentExceptional communication skillsSales experience and the proven ability to build rapport and customer relationshipsExperience using Optomate, HICAPS and Medicare claiming is an advantageDedication,
