We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and engaging Support Worker to support a lovely 60-year-old lady who lives with intellectual disability in the Payneham South area.
Fortnightly Thursdays from 5:15PM to 8:45PM

She is a kind, polite, and friendly lady who enjoys:
Listening to 80s music
Arts and crafts
Light exercise and attending the gym
Community activities and social interaction
She values consistency, patience, and positive relationships with her support team.
Her support worker preferences
She would prefer a support worker who:
Is female
Speaks transparent and easy-to-understand English
Is patient, friendly, and respectful
Enjoys creative and community-based activities
Can build a positive and trusting relationship
As the participant can sometimes find strong accents difficult to understand, transparent verbal communication is key.
Frequency: Fortnightly Thursdays
Time: 5:15PM to 8:45PM
Additional shifts may be available for emergency,
relief, and leave coverage.
Duties May Include
Social support and companionship
Community participation
Arts and crafts activities
Encouraging participation in light exercise and gym sessions
Supporting independence and choice
Assisting with evening routines as required
Maintaining accurate progress notes and communication records
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Working with Children Check
