You will oversee daily operations for up to 60 children, design engaging play-based programs and build robust relationships with families, staff and the wider community.The role emphasises quality care, leadership and compliance with National Quality Framework and ACECQA guidelines, while mentoring educators and ensuring a protected, inclusive workplace for every child.
