We have partnered with a premier masonry contractor experiencing massive growth, with long-term opportunities available across multiple active sites in Inner Metro Melbourne such as Toorak, Brighton & Brunswick.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Assisting with the preparation, cutting, and shaping of natural and engineered stone
Secure handling and operation of hand and power tools (grinders, chisels, polishers)
Assisting qualified tradesmen with installations, structural setting, and mortar mixing
Participating in daily Toolbox Talks and site safety inductions
General site maintenance, clean-up, and ensuring a protected workspace
Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet strict project deadlines




WHAT YOU'LL GET
$37 - $40 per hour + Super + Coinvest (depending on expereicne and trade)
Daily Travel Allowance ($*)
Meal allowance (payable on shifts over 9.5 hours)
Heavy overtime available – time and a half and double-time rates paid
Weekly Pay – processed every week, without fail
Long-term consistency with real sponsorship potential for standout workers
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Valid White Card
Minimum 12 months relevant construction site experience
Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-vis, Steel cap boots)
Genuine desire to learn the stone masonry trade and commit long-term
Already competent and safe using standard hand and power tools
Own transport highly desirable
