Dental Receptionist – Permanent Part time (35 hours per week across 4 days)
Maven Dental Yokine is looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming practice.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to create a great patient experience while working alongside a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, qualified demeanour
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
Managing patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
Roster
Monday – Thursday: 7:45am – 5:45pm
Friday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
1‐hour lunch break
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant or within a dental practice is highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
Positive,
