About the roleReporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day operation of the stores customer service department to ensure smooth operations and uphold Drakes promise of exceptional customer service.If successful, you will assist with managing and coaching the team, completing stocktakes, generating rosters and more.
