Position SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Spa & Pool Attendant to join our esteemed team at our luxury Auriga Spa.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations.RoleAssist therapists and beauticians in preparation of treatment sessions by ensuring that all guest amenities, treatment supplies such as bathrobes and linens are replenished.Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions with guests and colleagues.Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, comfort, and condition through frequent inspection and cleaning of the Spa & Wellness facilities, especially in the reception area and treatment rooms.Assist guests in providing information and addressing inquiries relating to the Spa Menu and/or resort facilities.Provide guests with directions and escort them to their destination.Talent ProfilePrevious experience in a similar role,
