Blacktown City Council seeks an experienced Child Care OSHC Coordinator to lead daily OSHC and vacation care operations.
You will plan play-based programs, coordinate excursions, and ensure each activity delivers protected, inclusive experiences for children before and after school.You will supervise educators, manage staffing to required ratios, and provide recruitment, induction, and ongoing coaching.
Compliance with National Quality Framework, attendance and regulatory records is essential.
