We're invested in your career and offer pathways to grow within our team.What's involvedLead by example to provide the best experience for customers and team members.Assist with inducting and training team members.Support the team with pick and packing customer orders where required.Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time.Coordinate stock, loading and unloading products on delivery trucks.Communicate with key stakeholders including account managers, suppliers and site supervisors.Who we're looking forExperience supervising a team in a quick-paced setting with open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.This is a full-time role with afternoon and evening shifts available (1pm–9pm, Monday–Friday).
Aim to grow your leadership career in a supportive team environment.Ability to coach and support others, provide feedback,
