Job LocationQLD, Lawnton Aquatic Centre - Lawnton Job SummaryAs a Swimming Teacher you will teach effective swimming and water safety to help grow our swim program.
This is a casual role which requires you to work mornings, evenings and weekends, and you must be empathetic to the needs of the classes.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach swimming and water safety to a diverse range of students including children and adults.Communicate effectively with students, parents, and patrons to ensure maximum benefit and enjoyment.Maintain a protected and clean learning environment and adhere to all safety and public safety guidelines.Required Skills and AttributesEnergetic, innovative and decisive teaching style.Excellent verbal communication skills.Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within the facility.Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate.Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
