The Role
This hands‐on role focuses on maintaining lawns, gardens, trees and landscaped areas across the racecourse.




You'll work as part of a close-knit team and support event and race day preparation.
As a BRC Gardener you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that the grounds and gardens, environs of the Eagle Farm Racecourse, Doomben Racecourse, The Eagle Farm Infield Precinct, Racecourse Village and all other venues of the club operate and are maintained to the highest standard, as set by the Club and Head of Grounds and Gardens.
This position will involve detailed garden maintenance including the following:
Maintaining the visual aspect of the properties to a high standard
Lawn and garden maintenance services
Pest and disease management
Weed management
Irrigation knowledge
