A luxury European home furnishing brand has an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Showroom Consultant to join their small and friendly team.
They are looking for an experienced design professional who can communicate confidently, build rapport quickly, respond to customer needs, and act in a professional manner to represent the brand and support sales.
This is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract (parental leave cover) based in our Armadale showroom, offering the chance to work with premium European furniture and a discerning clientele.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide excellent customer serviceProvide expert advice to customers in interior decoration including fabrics,
wallpaper and lightingComplete and process customer orders and keep customers informed of schedulingLiaise with suppliers and freight companies as requiredBe involved in social media support if you have an interest in this areaHelp maintain the professional and tidy presentation of the ShowroomAbout youConfident communication skills and professional manner with the ability to interact with a range of recent and longstanding customersPrevious interior decoration experience with fabrics, wallpaper and lightingShowroom sales experienceConfident administration skills and ability to learn new systems and processesAble to commit to three days per week including a regular Saturday roster – all workdays are 9.30am to 5pmWhat's on offer?
