The role involves handling after-hours and weekend on-call shifts, managing scheduling tasks and coordinating urgent shift coverage.The successful candidate will stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and maintain accurate records, with experience in aged care, disability services, NDIS or community care considered advantageous.
