Warehouse - Forklift
Are you an experienced Warehouse Storeman looking for your next challenge?
We're seeking a motivated, hands‐on team member to take the lead in our warehouse operations, with a genuine opportunity to progress into a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) role.
About the Role
This is more than just a warehouse position.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, helping to maintain efficient operations while supporting the Warehouse Manager.
As you demonstrate your leadership capabilities, you'll have the opportunity to step into a 2IC position.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and dispatch incoming and outgoing stock.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock control.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
Coordinate daily warehouse activities and assist with workflow planning.
Support and mentor warehouse staff as required.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with operational improvements and team leadership.
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Holds a current LF Forklift Licence (essential).
Has previous warehouse and forklift operating experience.
Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work.
Can lead by example and work well within a team.
Has experience with warehouse management systems (advantageous but not essential).
