About The Role
You will sit inside a multidisciplinary team where planning, spatial, and delivery functions work in parallel - your certification work sits directly upstream of live planning approvals and titling deadlines being tracked by our Delivery team, not a deliverable that disappears into someone else's process.
You will work alongside our existing Spatial team, including field and graduate surveyors, and take technical leadership on cadastral matters within the practice.
The work is predominantly cadastral and subdivisional survey supporting residential land subdivision.

Coordination with planning and delivery staff to align survey outputs with approval and titling timelines
Field crew and subcontract surveyor coordination where relevant
Quality assurance and technical sign-off on survey deliverables prior to lodgement
