We are seeking passionate, polished, and guest‐focused Hosts to join our team in a part‐time position offering * hours per fortnight.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and seat guests, creating a warm and skilled first impressionManage reservations, seating plans and special guest requestsProvide exceptional customer service while supporting the front‐of‐house teamMaintain a strong understanding of the Nobu menu and dining experienceAssist with restaurant preparation,



presentation standards and operational requirementsProcess guest payments accurately and support seamless service deliveryQualificationsPrevious customer service or hospitality experience, ideally within a premium dining, hotel or luxury environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‐paced settingA professional presentation and genuine passion for guest serviceFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to commencementWe offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
