Team OverviewMillbrook Rise Centre is a 27‐bed mental health sub‐acute inpatient facility located in the beautiful Derwent Valley.
We are a consumer‐centred service focused on rehabilitation and recovery, working collaboratively with State‐wide Mental Health Services, NDIS providers, and the wider community.Position OverviewThis role involves working collaboratively with clients, other health care providers, stakeholders, families, and carers to deliver therapeutic and occupational therapy programs.ResponsibilitiesWork with clients, health care providers, stakeholders,



and families to deliver therapeutic and/or occupational therapy programs.Qualifications & RequirementsDemonstrated capacity to work with people with mental illness and knowledge of client rehabilitation needs.Knowledge of resources and services available to support people with mental illness in the broader community.Demonstrated understanding of maintaining appropriate therapeutic relationships with clients.Current driver's licence.Desirable: Certificate IV in Community Services, Aged Care or Disability, or Certificate IV in Mental Health.Salary & BenefitsSalary: $70,033 to $75,114 per annum (pro rata) with 12% superannuation contribution.Salary packaging includes living expenses up to $9,010, $2,650 in meal entertainment per FBT year, and other eligible perks.Advantages: study leave, career development support, and access to the Fitness Passport offering 40+ facilities across Tasmania.Employment DetailsPermanent part‐time, day worker position working 30.4 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
