About the RoleEstia Health seeks an engaging, customer‐focused Aged Care Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for families considering residential Aged Care services.
In this role you will welcome families, guide them through admission processes, and support prospective residents in experiencing our homes.ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and professional customer service to families in person, by phone or email.Maintain accurate paperwork, including record keeping and filing.Showcase our homes and services to potential residents and their families.Generate recent referral sources through proactive cold calling and networking.Negotiate and close sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Stay informed about Aged Care services, fees, and funding options.QualificationsTrack record of success in sales with robust negotiation skills.Excellent customer service mindset.Ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referrals.Knowledge of Aged Care services, fees and funding (preferred but not mandatory).
