About the Role
Working across a variety of civil and earthworks projects, you will operate skid steers and excavators to a high final trim standard while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety on site.
Key Responsibilities
Final trim operation of skid steers and excavators
Reading and interpreting site plans and levels
Operating GPS machine control systems (desirable)
Conducting pre‐start inspections and reporting defects
Maintaining a protected and productive work setting
Assisting with general civil construction activities as required
About You
Proven experience in final trim operations
Strong skid steer and excavator operating experience




Background in civil construction and earthworks
White Card
Current driver's licence
Ability to work independently and within a team
Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Highly Regarded
GPS machine control experience (Trimble, Topcon or similar)
HR licence
Additional plant tickets
