FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster, this newly created role offers exciting times ahead for experienced Process Technicians looking to grow with a company that knows how to deliver.
About the Role
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the gold processing plant and associated equipment, supporting production targets and plant performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Operate processing plant equipment across Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Elution, Gravity and Gold Room areas
Support commissioning, ramp‐up and ongoing production activities
Monitor plant performance and report operating issues or variances
Conduct routine inspections, sampling and housekeeping duties
Work closely with supervisors, metallurgists and maintenance teams
Follow all safety,



environmental and operational procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement and team‐based problem solving
About You
You are a hands‐on, safety‐focused operator with gold processing experience and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications & Tickets
Current WA Manual Driver's Licence
Certificate III in Process Plant Operations (or equivalent)
Forklift, Loader or other mobile equipment tickets (desirable)
Senior First Aid (desirable)
Experience
Previous experience in a gold processing plant environment
Exposure to Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Elution or Gravity circuits
Strong understanding of secure work practices and plant operations
Ability to work effectively in a team‐based FIFO setting
