The role focuses on achieving defined sales targets, supporting staff recruitment and development, and managing site financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.Provide appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team.Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies.Represent the company in an ethical, skilled manner in adherence to industry best practices.Actively participate in management duties, training sessions, sales meetings, and provide on‐site support to sales employees.Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing,
