Customer Service Administrator -12 Months Maternity Leave Cover

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our Service Administration team on a 12-month maternity leave contract commencing in September.

This role offers a excellent blend of customer interaction and administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
Handling customer enquiries and service requests over the phone and via email
Preparing and following up on quotations
Processing customer orders accurately
Maintaining up-to-date customer records and service documentation




Working closely with the Service Management team to ensure customer needs are met
What we're looking for:
Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
Confident communication skills and a qualified phone manner
A reliable and organised approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
