About the RoleAs a Retail Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a positive experience for every customer while preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing high-quality coffee and other beveragesServing and packaging donuts and other productsOperating the POS and handling customer transactionsRestocking products and maintaining store presentationMaintaining cleanliness and food safety standardsWorking collaboratively with the team during busy service periodsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious barista or coffee-making experience is requiredExperience working in a rapid-paced café, hospitality, or retail environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamReliable, punctual,
